Webspace Usage
No Limits web space is available for genuine web site content, content must be linked into web pages. Customers are prohibited from using the server as a file/backup repository. Customers are expected to employ good house keeping when maintaining their account.
Bandwidth
Fast Hosting Direct operates a fair use policy and therefore offers unrestricted use of bandwidth. However, should your bandwidth reach the points where it has an adverse affect on other clients we reserve the right to disable your site until you can reduce your bandwidth usage.
Web Pages
You will be responsible for the content of your pages, including obtaining the legal permission for any works they include and ensuring that the contents of these pages do not violate UK law.
You will be held responsible for and accept responsibility for any defamatory, confidential, secret or other proprietary material available via your page(s).
Web hosting accounts are prohibited from hosting file distribution websites (including but not limited to music, video and software), adult content orientated websites, proxy websites, graphics or cgi scripts for other websites (affiliate scheme ads and links are ok to use and run) and storing pages, files or data as a repository for other websites or personal computers.
We reserve the right to remove material deemed inappropriate from your web pages, without prior notice. Fast Hosting Direct do not allow adult, warez or illegal MP3 web sites on our servers.
SPAM
Unsolicited Email or "spam" originating from a server located on our network or associated with a Fast Hosting Direct server is not tolerated. This includes any email that promotes websites hosted on a server located on the Fast Hosting Direct network, but is sent from an email address not associated with that account. The client shall not use their Fast Hosting Direct services for chain letters, junk mail, bulk-email, or any use of distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a process. Fast Hosting Direct reserves the right to deactivate or terminate any account(s) upon any indication of such activity without notice.
General Terms
Your server space and ftp account is for your personal use only. You must not divulge the password to any other person, and you should take reasonable precautions to ensure that it is not discovered by other people.
Data stored on our servers is not guaranteed to be backed up. It is recommended that you keep an independent backup of all data stored on your web space.
We shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal of services.
When your account is closed, all files (including web pages, etc.) will be deleted.
For resellers only who are using whm control panel, if a hosting account that is setup is not used with any live domains or stats or emails for 90 days, they will be removed from there whm control panel.
We reserve the right to cancel your account at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to amend and update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
To protect your privacy we never distribute your name or e-mail address to any third parties.
The registration of the domain name you request and its ongoing use is subject to the relevant domain name registry's terms and conditions of use which you should obtain and consider.

Please note, unfortunately if a domain is renewed after it as expired we cannot guarantee the domain can be restored without additional redemption fees being applied or your domain may be lost completely to the customer. This will be down to the length of the late domain renewal.
By logging into your account, or uploading files to it, you are indicating your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
GDPR Compliance
• Personal Data - We only hold personal data for the purposes of communication, authentication and billing of our customers and those who sign up to receive information from us. We process all data within legal guidelines and do not share any personal data with third parties. Any personal data not relevant to our current business is deleted.

• Consent - We will seek consent to contact individuals and ensure that that consent is up to date.
• Right to be forgotten/deletion - We comply with all requests to remove personal data and abide by any legitimate requests to receive information about the data we hold on individuals in a timely fashion.
• Data Breach - Should we be a victim of a data breach, the affected individuals will be contacted within the timescales specified in the GDPR, it will be reported to the Information Commissioner, and a full report - highlighting any risks - will be provided.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you take out one of yearly packages we expect you to commit for this period of time. Because of your commitment, we offer a discount on the normal monthly price of our accounts. If you cancel your account within your service period then Fast Hosting Direct will not make any refunds on any unused portions of your account. While we do not offer refunds for pro-rated service (beyond our 60 day money back guarantee which is applicable to annual accounts only) you have no obligation to continue using our service.
Our 60 day money back guarantee (applicable to annual & Bi-annually new customer accounts only) excludes the refund of domain name registration fees and secure server certificate purchases.
Fast Hosting Direct reserves the right to cancel the service at any time.
Customer refund requests are to be sent to support@fasthostingdirect.com and will only be processed in the cases of service non-performance where Fast Hosting Direct is clearly at fault or within our 60 day money back guarantee (applicable to annual accounts only).
Refund requests for problems beyond Fast Hosting Direct's control will be refused.
For example:
Domain transfer failure or Misspelling domains on Registration or Registration of Domains by Mistake.
Failure of any third party script or program that's not supported by Fast Hosting Direct.
A customer's lack of experience in dealing with web basics and communication protocols.
Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Fast Hosting Direct harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable solicitors fees asserted against Fast Hosting Direct, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless netmotivated against liabilities arising out of:
(1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Fast Hosting Direct's server.
(2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party.
(3) copyright infringement.
(4) any defective products sold to customer from Fast Hosting Direct's server.
Disclaimer
Fast Hosting Direct will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer, Fast Hosting Direct makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, loss of domains, loss of files, viruses and any and all service interruptions caused by Fast Hosting Direct and its employees.
